What is your return policy?
All items are made to order and most of the items are not returnable. However, check the return policy first for the item in question and if the item is not eligible for returns send an email with concerns to LinkUs@NataciasSudznScents.com regarding your product and we can work on a solution together.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We now offer gift cards. Check the menu at the top of the page and click on Gift Cards.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, only credit cards and debit cards are accepted. I am looking into Zelle payments as a form of cash payments.
Do you accept special order request?
Yes, I do accept some special requests. Please send an email and we can work on a solution together. If an agreement is made, you would be required to make a deposit for half the cost.
